Exonik — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Exonik. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.exonikactive.com.au and your purchase of our products. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) About us

Exonik Pty Ltd - ABN 58 686 925 057 (“Exonik”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and supplies the products offered on it.

2) Your rights (Australian Consumer Law)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Where a product has a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. If the failure is not major, we will repair, replace or refund within a reasonable time. Nothing in these Terms limits your ACL rights. 

3) Prices, tax & payment

  • Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., cards, PayPal, Afterpay).

  • Orders are offers to buy; we may decline or cancel (for example, due to stock errors or suspected fraud) and refund any payment taken.

4) Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or items, email team@exonikactive.com.au immediately. We’ll help where the order hasn’t entered the packing or dispatch stage.

5) Shipping & delivery

  • We dispatch from Australia. Any delivery timeframes shown are estimates.

  • You’ll receive tracking when your order is handled and leaves our warehouse.

  • Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you provide.

  • For change-of-mind returns (see No.7), you cover return postage.

  • For faulty goods (see No.6), we’ll reimburse return costs, consistent with ACL guidance.

6) If something’s faulty

If your product isn’t of acceptable quality, isn’t as described, or otherwise breaches a consumer guarantee, contact team@exonikactive.com.au with your order number, full name, a description and photos (if possible). We’ll organise a repair, replacement or refund as required. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement; we also cover reasonable return costs where a consumer guarantee applies. 

7) Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with tags and original packaging. For hygiene products (e.g., socks), packaging must be unopened.

Remedy: change-of-mind returns are issued as Exonik Store Credit (not cash refunds). Store credit is delivered digitally and can be used on www.exonikactive.com.au.

Shipping: original shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind.

8) Sizing, colours & product info

We try to represent colours and measurements accurately; minor variations (e.g., due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances) can occur. This does not limit your ACL rights.

9) Promotions, bundles & gift cards

  • Promotion codes are not redeemable for cash and usually can’t be combined unless stated.

  • Gift cards (if offered) will carry a minimum 3-year expiry (unless an exception applies) and must display the expiry clearly.

10) Intellectual property

All site content (including trademarks, graphics, text, images and designs) is owned by or licensed to Exonik. You must not use our IP without written permission.

11) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (for example, no unlawful activity, security interference, scraping without consent, or rights infringement).

12) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use or purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, it is limited (at our option and as permitted by s 64A ACL) to repairing or replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the amount paid. This limitation does not apply to a major failure. 

13) Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy available on the site.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
